Our non-profit work follows a transparent funding model. A clearly defined portion of the funds from the MediFirst Group's network is reinvested in the NPO's projects. In this way, economic success is translated into evidence-based education, professional dialogue, social impact, and the development of further non-profit services.
This model enables longer-term project planning and reduces dependence on changing external influences. Our work remains based on the NPO's stated purpose and a source-oriented and transparent approach.
Structural separation and independence
Content autonomy
MediFirst NPO operates as a legally independent entity. Content, educational formats, and support services are developed according to defined principles. Our work is product-neutral, evidence-based, and transparent.
Scientific support
Professional quality is ensured through internal standards and external expertise. A scientific advisory board can support the validation of key content. We will make the status, roles, and involvement of external experts transparent as soon as the corresponding structures are firmly established.
Responsible handling
The allocation of financial support (hardship fund, currently being established) is based on clear criteria and a documented decision-making process. Since resources are limited, every decision is subject to transparency, fairness, and the availability of resources. We will publish the specific criteria and processes as soon as the fund is operational.
We disclose all relevant affiliations and avoid conflicts of interest. Our training courses and informational materials are consistently product-neutral. We do not advertise any products and do not accept any payments tied to advertising services.
Quality assurance and reporting
We are gradually expanding our transparent reporting. This includes information on the sources of funding by category, the use of funds by project, as well as on the formats, activities, and development status of our work. In this way, we make it clear how MediFirst NPO is developing in terms of content and structure.
