When care fails due to obstacles, guidance is needed.

Not every medically indicated treatment fails due to the therapy itself, but rather due to financing, bureaucracy, or a lack of orientation within the system. MediFirst NPO provides supplementary support, upon request, where responsibilities become unclear, procedures become overwhelming, or structural barriers hinder access.

Our offer at a glance

Guidance on access issues

If responsibilities or procedures are unclear, we offer initial guidance on the topic of cannabinoid therapies. This helps to better understand your concerns and identify appropriate next steps.

Placement in suitable positions

Where it is sensible and possible, we refer you to suitable contact points, appropriate professional advice services, or responsible authorities. Our goal is to provide realistic guidance and referrals where they are helpful.

Financial bridging loan (currently being set up)

Looking ahead, we are working on concepts for bridging the financial gap when medically indicated care is thwarted by acute financial obstacles. Specific funding structures, criteria, and decision-making processes are currently being developed.

Support with inquiries and procedures

Where procedures become complex, we help to structure concerns and identify sensible next steps. Our services do not replace medical or legal advice, but can support you in better understanding documents, responsibilities, and questions.

Our principles

Transparency and fairness

Support follows clear guidelines. We transparently explain the criteria used for decision-making and how conflicts of interest are avoided.

Data protection and discretion

Please do not submit sensitive health data in free text. Data will be processed for specific purposes and collected only to the extent necessary to process your request.

No medical or legal advice

MediFirst NPO offers guidance and support, but does not replace medical advice or a legal review in individual cases.
